We accept all major insurance.   

Our pediatric providers are in-network with Delta Dental and Metlife. 
Our general provider is in-network with Delta Dental. 
We are an out-of-network practice with all other insurance carriers.  

Dental care is an important part of your total health program. We know insurance coverage can be confusing, and we are happy to run a pre-authorization for our patients with insurance so you know exactly what your out-of-pocket costs will be for any procedure at our office. Your insurance coverage will vary based on your coverage and the procedure. 

PAYMENTS ACCEPTED 

We accept cash, checks, credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, Visa), FSA, HSA and CareCredit cards. 

Payment plans are available for orthodontic procedures only. 

DISCOUNTS OFFERED

 
We offer discounts to patients who do not have insurance of any kind when payment is made in full at the time of the service. 

5% for credit card payments 
10% off for cash or check payments 

 
No discounts are given to patients with insurance or who use FSAs, HSAs or CareCredit to pay.
